ETCHED PTFE LINER FREE EXTRUDED
Pascumar etched free-extruded catheter liners are provided with full specification according to the applications. Options for adjusting the elongation, yield strength and tensile strength according to demands is available. The thinnest wall thicknesses down to 0.0005” (0.0127 mm) and smallest ID 0.0.004”(0.01mm), which are best-in-class tensile strength and yield strength. Free-extruded PTFE liners enable advanced catheter designs with smaller profiles or larger working channels.

UltraFlexa™ PTFE Liner OTW Film Cast Supports continuous braiding by scrolled packed. The wall of liner can be extremely thinnest to 0.00025’’ (0.005mm), which allows easier access through the body’s tortuous pathways.
