POLYIMIDE TUBING
With a combination of mechanical toughness, thermal stability, and radiation and chemical resistance, Pascumar PI tubing is well-suited for a wide variety of medical and industrial applications. ID ranges from 0.0045″ to 0.090″ (0.1143 to 2.286 mm) and nominal wall thicknesses from 0.0004″ to 0.005″ (0.0101 to 0.127 mm), which makes the products ideally suited for a variety of minimally invasive devices. Available in natural amber, green, red and black.

REINFORCED POLYIMIDE TUBING
Reinforced polyimide tubing can improve the strength, torque transmission and burst pressure, which offers some particular applications a good option. Reinforced PI tubing can be produced with full-load and half-load braid patterns, as well as clockwise and counter clockwise coiling, with various PPI (pick per inch) and WPI(wraps per inch) to meet your design requirements. ID ranges from 0.010″ to 0.070″ (0.254 mm to 1.778 mm) and total wall thickness from 0.002″ to 0.006″(0.051 to 0.1524mm). Available in natural amber, green, red and black.
- Full-load and Half-load Braid Patterns
- Clockwise and Counter-clockwise Coiling
- Flat and Round Wire with 30 to 150 PPI/WPI
- PTFE OTW Film Casted Inside

PI/PTFE COMPOSITE TUBING
Pascumar’s Polyimide can also be provided as a outer coating for the PTFE OTW film casted product to increase lubricity. PI/PTFE composite tubing provides up to 25% lower coefficient of friction over standard PI. Pascumar also offer custom composite configurations.
